When a customer approaches Robur with a material handling challenge, they sometimes ask to browse a catalogue to find a solution to their needs.
Robur is a firm believer that a unique material handling solution cannot be found inside the pages of a catalogue. The main reasons are:
- Robur is an expert in bespoke custom designs.
- No two designs are the same.
- Time is needed to consult with the customer to understand the problem.
- Robur is not an off the shelf provider.
Just as the Argos catalogue is non-existent, so is a Robur catalogue!
So how can a customer find the machine that they need?
After an enquiry is made, either through our Dealer network or directly with the team, we will organise a meeting to discuss further.
Robur will consult to uncover what you think you need to solve the issue – without a catalogue in sight!
To understand our unique capabilities, customers can however look at a ‘catalogue’ of past project examples. Not only this, they can see examples of the bespoke material handling trucks that we have previously built in our factory.
After several consultation sessions, our technical team will conduct a site survey to ensure that your requirements are met.
Once the brief is signed off, your bespoke machine will go into production.
